Yes, it’s just herbs, but it’s still a harvest and we’re excited! Matt is browning some local Hanisch Farms chicken thighs and local bacon. Then, we’ll roast those in the oven with some organic vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms, garlic, onion) and our harvested thyme. A splash of Demetria Pantheon wine while roasting will add some additional flavor. It will all be finished with the freshly chopped chives from the garden. We’re on our way into the 2016 season!
